CBT Center offers various treatment options to patients. These include intensive treatment, outpatient therapy, home and community based sessions, video chat and support groups
Support Groups
CBT Center for Anxiety & OCD offers several support groups. Members can join these groups at any time. All groups are led by a mental health clinician at the CBT Center. While group members do not need to be clients of the CBT Center, many members find that attending the group in conjunction with therapy is most effective.
For Professionals
CBT Center offers professional development for mental health professionals and educators, on the most effective Cognitive Behavioral treatment strategies for anxiety disorders. Training can be scheduled on-site, via video conferencing or phone.
