For clients with complex or more severe anxiety or OCD, or for those who live further away and wish to work at a quicker pace, the CBT Center offers more intensive treatment options. Our team of therapists can provide treatment five-days a week for multiple hours per day, so progress can be achieved more rapidly.
The CBT Center offers individual outpatient therapy to children, adolescents and adults. Outpatient family therapy is also available, and may be paired with individual outpatient treatment.
Home and Community Based Sessions
At times, a therapist and client may agree that holding sessions in the client’s home or community may be beneficial to treatment, particularly when Exposure Therapy is part of a treatment plan.
We offer several support groups. Members can join these groups at any time. All groups are led by a mental health clinician at the CBT Center. While group members do not need to be clients of the CBT Center, many members find that attending the group in conjunction with therapy is most effective.
For additional information regarding any of The CBT Center support Groups, please contact Dr. Amy Young at 610-529-1875 or ayoung@cbtcenterforanxiety.
While in-person sessions are optimal, there are times when video chat may be helpful, such as when the distance to the office is prohibitive, or when your anxiety level makes it difficult to leave your home. Teletherapy is only available to clients who reside in Pennsylvania.
