Groups

The following are open groups, so members are welcome at any time. All groups are led by a mental health clinician. Members need not be clients of the CBT Center; however, pairing professional therapy with group participation is recommended.

For additional information regarding any of the CBT Center support Groups, please contact Dr. Amy Young at 610-529-1875 or ayoung@cbtcenterforanxiety.
