Rebecca Glass, B.A., is a second year doctoral student at Widener University’s Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology. Rebecca has a focus in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Rebecca values the experiences that people have had in their lives and the effects that these experiences have on shaping the world around us. She believes that by providing a compassionate ear in a safe space that those searching for well-being can find a meaningful life.
Rebecca has experience working at Libertae and Delaware Psychiatric Center. She has treated clients experiencing anxiety, intrusive thoughts, panic, depression, and trauma and has a passion for working with clients with substance abuse and comorbid mental health disorders. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking with her fiancé, walking her dog, and singing/performing.
